I'm trying to print a flood claim to XML to send to my company, but there is no XML button in the print screen.

    Kaitlyn,
In order for the XML button to appear on the print screen, a flood policy coverage needs to be selected in the Coverage Entry Worksheet section of the program. In order to switch your coverage policy to flood, navigate to the Loss Info screen of the program and click the Cover button along the top of the page. In the upper left hand corner of this screen, change the Type of Policy to a flood policy (Flood - Dwelling, ICC - Dwelling, etc). After this is done you should once again then see the XML button on the print screen.
