I have four exact buildings. How do I copy/duplicate one building estimate to all four?

    Hello Steve,

If you're looking to do this across multiple estimates, I would first suggest grouping your areas to save time on these next few steps. In order to group areas, simply select the 'Group' button, give the group a name like 'Building Estimate', and then drag and drop your estimate's areas into the group.

Once grouped, you can right click on the group and select 'Copy to Another Estimate' (If you choose not to group, you'll need to do this for each area individually). You can then open the claim you'd like to copy into, open the Scope of Damage, and in your Area Listing Screen right click and select 'Paste from Another Estimate'. This will transfer the group as well as all of its contents (e.g. your areas).

If you have any questions about this process, please let us know.

    Kind Regards,
