Hello,

I'm a flood insurance adjuster and I'm working on backing up my Simsol
folder to my backup system. If I backup the "Simsol" folder under the C;/
drive, will this backup all of the individual files in Simsol? If not, how
can I backup all my individual claims to the backup program? I'd like to
have it so if my computer crashes I'll have Simsol backed up and can
restore it and won't lose any claims or work.

Thanks,
Vada

    Vada,

Yes, backing up your entire Simsol folder located on your C:\ will back up all claims, preferences, settings, and pricing data that you have currently within your software. We recommend periodically backing this folder up in case of computer failure. If you use an automated backup program, make sure to only run this program during hours you will not be using the Simsol program (i.e. 3 am).

If you need any additional assistance, please let us know.

    Kind Regards,
