If we use the User Adjustment in dimensions and we minus the floor, lower perimeter and wall sq ft for items such as base cabinets, vanities, tubs, fireplaces etc. Does it deduct for drywall, paint too. I know that the floor and lower perimter does take out for base trim etc but I not sure if I put a negative # in the wall sq ft does it all take the drywall, paint etc out too?

    Tracey,

Thank you for reaching out to Simsol. If you have removed wall SQFT from your area using the custom user adjustment then yes, it would deduct the total amount of drywall or paint if the line totals (i.e. 'wall/drywall taped and floated', or 'paint walls') are calculated by SQFT.

    Kind Regards,
