Improper Spacing in Estimate Print Outs

The text in my PDF printouts are not printing properly. Looks fine in the
program, but does not carry over into the PDF. If I add an extra space it
looks like one space and it is actually two spaces.

    Good morning Bill,

    Thank you for sending over a detailed description of what is occurring.

    Typically we see issues like this occur if either the report was created or edited outside of the Simsol program, or if the default printer is set to a 3rd party PDF writer. The easiest way to test is to ensure you have a valid printer set on your computer. You can do so by following this tutorial: Setting a Default Printer on Windows 10
    If you had a PDF writer set, restart Simsol, then try to generate a new PDF. If this is not the issue, we'll need to investigate further. To do this, we'll need either a claim archive with this report inside of it or the original file that was sent to you of this report.
