Is it possible to shorten the large pricelist when grabbing estimate items, so they are quicker to find. Or, can we move items around so the most commonly used for a particular type of claim are at the top of the lists. Or, can it put the most commonly used items at the top of the list once it has some history of what we are doing.

If not let me make that suggestion please.

Many thanks,
Gary Griffith

    Gary,

Yes, you can shorten the list of database line items that are visible in the VSS (Virtual Scope Sheet). To do so, go to your claims grid, select the 'Manage' tab, then select 'Repair Filters'. From here select 'New Filter Group' and give this Repair Filter a reference name (i.e. flood items). Down towards the bottom you can choose the line items you would like to see when in your VSS. Simply click the 'X' to add the item to your filter. You can always edit this filter at a later date. Select 'Done' when finished.

When you would like to view this Repair Filter, open a claim and head into the VSS. In the upper left-hand corner, you'll see a Filter drop-down (located just under the Search box). Drop down in this list and select the filter you have just created. If you need to switch back to view all items, just select 'All Repairs'.

I hope this helps, let us know if you need any additional assistance with this.
