Error Uploading to Claimswire

    Good Morning David,

    Thank you for reaching out to Simsol Support. I apologize for the delay in response, it seems as though your post was auto-flagged by the system.

    The error you're seeing typically means that a timeout occurred during the upload process, or your system is having difficulties writing to your temp directory - let's try a few fixes for you.

    To begin, please make sure Simsol and Claimswire (the globe utility in the bottom right-hand corner) are both shut down.

    Once closed, right click on your Simsol icon and select "open file location" (or navigate to C:\Simsol\Desktop). This will open a folder that contains Simsol program utilities and data. Find and open the utility named "Del_Lock_and_Net". Once opened, select the 'Start' button to begin the process, once it's complete it will say 'Start' again, you can close the utility once it does.

    Then in the same folder, find and open the utility called "RepairCWPrintQueue". When opened, select the "repair" button and let the process run through. Keep in mind by running this utility you will need to regenerate any packets that you've attempted to send to Claimswire (i.e. the Timothy Hall claim).

    Once complete, reopen Simsol and attempt to upload. Please let me know if you have trouble after running this utility.
