    Hello Christie,

The steps to create an archive are located in a video here: https://simsol.tenderapp.com/discussions/getting-started-with-simso...

First highlight the claim(s) you have to archive, and then click the Archive button from the home tab. Then, click the Browse button in the top left. Navigate to the area on your computer where you want to save the archive and give the archive a name in the File Name section. Then hit 'Save'. Finally, click 'Archive' in the top right of this window to create the file. If you get any other errors please let us know.

As far as creating a supplement goes, all you have to do is go to the Estimate section with the padlock of the estimate in question. For example, if the supplemental estimate is being created for the building damages, you would navigate to the Building Estimate section with the padlock icon next to it. From here, locate the checkbox that says "Break Out Items" and check the box. This will highlight a dropdown list to the right, from this list select 'Supplement'. Any item added to this estimate from here on will be added as a supplemental item.

Please let us know if you need anything else!

    Regards,
