My newly entered deductible won't show on print out

I am trying to make a change to the deductible it shows correct in the program and when I go to print it still says the old deductible?

    Donald,
    If the deductible is showing up correctly within the program, but not when the estimate is printing, it's usually because you are using the 'restore' feature within the print screen. When you restore the items from your previous print attempt it can sometimes bring over the items exactly as they were in the previous attempt. The best method to avoid this would be to restore the items as usual, but then remove and re-add the building estimate, as well as any other pages displaying the deductible incorrectly. This should ensure that the print populates with the newly updated information.

    If you are experiencing this issue even when you are not using the restore feature, you will need to contact our technical support department so that we can do more through testing and determine the exact cause. Our number is 1-800-447-4676, ext 500.
